Our experience with Sara was extremely joyful and very memorable and we are thrilled to offer a recommendation and share our encounter. Sara met with us for an afternoon, she sat and talked with us, wanted to get to know us and what we were looking for. Sara was not high pressure; actually, there was no pressure, just a friendly chat, like old friends. Sara did take us to view one home, even though we told her it was out of our comfort zone, she said it wouldn’t hurt to look, Sara wanted to show us around the area at the same time. We enjoyed the viewing and afterward gave our feedback to help her for future showings. Back at the realty office, Sara started narrowing down our search that same afternoon.
Sara found numerous homes we were interested in and then we narrowed it down to six to see the following day. Sara even met us in the evening to view another home. When we met the following day to view the six homes, Sara drove us around to each home; she was punctual and showed great professionalism, while at the same time we enjoyed her sense of humor. Sara also shared with us one of her local favorite places to eat, which we were delighted she did, it has thus become one of ours. Sara takes an active interest in us; she’s not just concerned with selling a house, but selling a home, making sure we feel at ease with what is happening. We were tight on time; so Sara totally rearranged her personal schedule to accommodate us. Well, our search continued for about a month and close to almost two dozens viewings (I think), Sara never grew tired of us, she was always excited to see us and answer our endless list of questions.
Sara is patient and understanding, willing to go the extra step. Sara is in your corner every single step of the way; her steps take her above and beyond. The only thing missing from Sara is a cape and the ‘S’ that goes with it.
